Jay went out of his way to complete a full brake job on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 HD. He wasn't able to come to me but asked could I come to him instead. He gave me a discount for that inconvenience. Even with that he completed the job within 2 hours. I like the fact that brake repair is his concentration. Quick responses via text and the booking process was very professional. Mavis quoted me $900 total to replace front and rear brakes .. Jay quoted me $120 for labor to replace front and rear brakes and I purchased the parts for $140 at Autozone. Definitely working with him again because I can appreciate the professionalism!
